13 years as a management coach following a post doctorate in psychology from the University of Milan with a specialization in modern corporate management structures. I am proud to have helped structure management of NGO and charity organisation helping rebuild and help the local population in Afghanistan. I have been running successful workshops for management in mid to large size corporations in Italy, UK and Spain. I am fully proficient in English, Italian and Spanish and can hold training courses in all three languages.
